UCSF recently resolved a configuration issue that affected automatic invoice email notifications in iLab. As a result, some past invoices may not have been emailed. This issue is now fixed, and future invoices will be sent automatically after each billing period.

You can view all invoices at any time by clicking the ☰ menu in the top left corner of iLab and selecting Invoices.

CTSI Sample Processing Lab

Overview of Services

The CRS Sample Processing Lab performs specimen processing, sample storage, and shipping for a wide variety of clinical trials. Our services are available to all UCSF faculty, residents, research fellows, and collaborators who complete a CRS application and have an IRB approved protocol. Laboratory staff members are also available for custom assays and for consultation on budget inquiries.
