For urgent matters, please add "Urgent" to your ticket/email subject or press "1" when prompted to escalate a call on the iLab Support phone, and we will prioritize those requests first.
| Welcome to the Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center Recharge Site for both the Diller Research Building at 1450 3rd St, and the Mt. Zion Cancer Research Building at 2340 Sutter. This site is used to manage the recharge for these two buildings, including Shared Facility Services, Wet Lab Services, CO2 Services (Diller Only) & Film Processor Services (Diller Only). Shared Facility Services & Wet Lab Services Recharge accounts are billed based occupancy (kneehole/office/cubicle). Faculty utilize the Diller CO2 Services are billed based on number of incubators or Film Processor Services are billed based on the number of users. Typically, these costs are charged to faculty grants, but may be paid by the home department in support of their faculty. Billing for these services is done in arrears when actual expenses are totaled for the previous month. |
