Hand-on training with a staff member to introduce operation of HTS and/or advance tools on the BD analyzers. Training is charged by the hour plus the hourly rate of the instrument.

Length: approximately 1 hr

Please keep in mind:

• Only trained and competent Analyzer users can sign up for this Advanced training.
• Recommended for new users to gain experience during business hours for at least 1-2 months before signing up for Advanced Training.
• Only one Hands-on Training request accomodated per week; you will be placed on waiting list if next week's session already assigned.

Hands-on training with a staff member for FACSAria SuperUser training. Training is charged by the hour plus the hourly rate of the instrument.

Length: approximately 1 hr per day (scheduled at least 4 days during Core's morning QC window 8-10AM)

Hands on training with a staff member teaching MIBI's Antibody Conjugation protocol. 2 Day training

Operator Assistance with a staff member. The Operator Assistance service is requesting a Flow Core staff member to be at a specific instrument to run your samples for you. Assistance can also be requested if you need instrument setup on weekends, holidays, and non-normal work hours (Monday-Friday from 6pm-8am at standard rate).

Hands on Guidance with a staff member up to 30min. The Guidance service is requesting a Flow Core staff member to help you become more familiar with the instrument after the initial training. Following training, Flow Core staff will guide you while running your first few experiments, or if you want us to look over your instrument settings. Please book an instrument first and request Guidance 1-week in advance by emailing flowassist@ucsf.edu.
